I am on the staff at The Virginia Thurston Healing Garden, Harvard, MA, a complementary care center for women with breast cancer.
I am a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist and an Assistant Trainer For the Center for Self Leadership.
My therapeutic approach integrates the best of contemporary psychology and eastern spirituality. My theoretical framework is influenced largely by Internal Family Systems, relational, attachment, and intrapsychic paradigms and my therapeutic interventions include techniques from the practice areas of somatic experiencing, cognitive behavioral, hypnosis, gestalt and stress management.
